Various Mahindra Motorhead cars!
Ah done wrote ’bout the Mahindra Voyager van in an earlier post, though back then Ah was talkin’ ’bout her as the Mitsubishi L300. Over in India, they started buildin’ the first generation way back in the ’70s an’ ’80s, then just kept that ol’ boxy legend rollin’ under the Mahindra Voyager name clean up till 2002.
Privately import yerself a Mahindra Voyager an’ you too can drive around like some completely unhinged box-van maniac — white-knucklin’ through traffic with a dang pine-tree wünderbaum swingin’ from the windshield an’ enough diesel smoke ta blot out the sun.
The Mahindra Roxor jeep’s one mean lil’ badass 4x4, built straight off the bones’a them first-generation Willys MB rigs from the 1940s an’ ’50s — only now stuffed with a whole mess’a newer tech from the 2020s. They been buildin’ the thing since 2018, though they had ta tweak the design after Jeep hauled ’em into court claimin’ they copied too much from the original wartime jeeps.
Then ya got the Mahindra Armada, which carries strong vibes from the old Jeep Wrangler era — boxy, rugged, no-nonsense, built fer mud, dust, bad decisions, an’ questionable roads.
Take a Mahindra Roxor or Armada tearin’ loose down the beach an’ Ah guarantee folks gon’ notice. Lotta noise, lotta sand flyin’, doors rattlin’, engine barkin’ like an angry farm dog — an’ shoot, might even help y’all catch the attention’a a few ladies while you’re at it.
